How our pricing works

You get a number before anyone touches a wrench. That number covers parts, labour and clean-up. If the job turns out simpler than the diagnosis suggested, the price comes down. It does not go up mid-job because something was “discovered” once the wall was open.

Scheduled visits carry a diagnostic fee that is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Emergency and after-hours call-outs carry a separate call-out fee, also waived on repair.

What we do not do

We are residential and light commercial. We do not do new-build rough-in for developers, septic system installation, or well drilling. If your job falls outside what we handle we will tell you on the phone and point you at someone who does it properly, rather than taking the booking and working it out later.
