We are a local plumbing outfit working Edmond and the north Oklahoma City metro. Not a franchise, not a lead-broker routing your call to whoever bid highest that morning. When you ring, someone who works on Edmond houses answers.

How we price

Fixed price, quoted before the work starts, covering parts, labour and clean-up. If the job turns out easier than the diagnosis suggested, the price comes down. It does not climb halfway through because something was “found” once the wall was open.

Scheduled visits carry a diagnostic fee, waived if you proceed. Emergency call-outs carry a call-out fee, also waived on repair. That is the whole pricing model.

What we will tell you that others might not

• When a repair is the better spend than a replacement, even though the replacement pays us more
• When the job is outside what we do properly, and who to call instead
• When what you are describing on the phone is not actually an emergency, so you do not pay an after-hours rate you do not need
• When the honest answer is that we do not know yet, and a camera or a pressure test is needed before anyone quotes a number

Licensed and insured

We hold an Oklahoma plumbing contractor license and carry liability insurance. Permits are pulled through the City of Edmond where the work requires them, as part of the job rather than as your problem. Ask to see any of it and we will show you.

Where we work

Edmond first, then roughly twenty miles out from it: north Oklahoma City, Deer Creek, Arcadia, Jones, Luther and Guthrie. If you are outside that we will say so on the phone rather than quoting you a call-out you do not want.
